Pasticcio

Pasticcio formed in 2006 in Fort Worth, Texas as a mandolin and guitar duo. In recent years, they have augmented personnel to become a trio including bass. Pasticcio performs instrumental arrangements of music from around the world and popular music from the past known to many from older films and vinyl archives. Pasticcio thrives in settings where people mingle, enjoy conversation and good food. 

Each member of Pasticcio is a seasoned musician, comfortable in playing in a variety of settings. Decades of studying and performing on their instruments provide consistent, quality performances. Professionalism, reliability and maturity can be expected with each appearance. Whether they are performing as a duo, trio or adding further instrumentation, Pasticcio’s experience can add comfort to a gathering of any occasion. 

The repertoire of Pasticcio ranges from soothing and mellow to upbeat and lively. The music complements an atmosphere of celebration, reverence or in conjunction with visual arts. Just as food is provided by catering, Pasticcio provides music to enhance the importance of the particular event. 

Pasticcio has performed at art galleries, restaurants, weddings, private parties, cocktail lounges and theatre intermissions.
